The Notice Board Management feature in the Content Management System (CMS) allows administrators to create, manage, and display important announcements on the dashboard. Notices can include text, links, and publication settings to ensure timely communication with users.
The Notice Management Page enables administrators to:
View existing notices β Each notice includes a title, date, source, type, and active status.
Create new notices β Admins can add new announcements with links and scheduling options.
Modify and delete notices β Notices can be edited or removed as needed.

Navigate to Notice Management β Open the CMS and go to the Notice Management section.
Click “+NOTICE” β Located at the top-right corner of the page.
Fill in the Notice Details:
Click “Save” β The new notice will be added to the dashboardβs Notice Board.
Admins can add a “Go to Link” in notices to direct users to more information. Example:
https://www.example.com/maintenance-updateUsers can click on the notice to access the external link.
Notices can be scheduled by setting the publish date and time in advance. This ensures timely delivery of information without manual intervention.
