The CMS allows users to upload images to personalize the Home Page with the following elements:

• Home Page Right and Left Side Logos – Optimal resolution: 720×220 pixels
• Dashboard Logo – Size: 720×220 pixels
• Login Page Logo – Size: 720×220 pixels

B. Adjusting Layout and Colors

Users can modify the home page layout and branding by configuring:

• Search Head & Body Color – Define custom colors for the search section text (e.g., #ff0000).
• Category & Solution Stream Colors – Customize the background and text colors.
• Stepper Details – Modify steps guiding users through self-help solutions:
• Step 1: Search for a solution
• Step 2: Download and run the solution
• Step 3: Resolve the issue by yourself

C. Managing Search Sections

The Search Section customization includes:

• Search Head & Body – Title and description displayed above the search bar (e.g., “Self-Help Service”).
• Search Placeholder – Text inside the search box (e.g., “What do you need help with?”).
• Search Dropdown Default – Pre-selected category when the search bar loads (e.g., “All Categories”).

A. Uploading Dashboard and Login Page Logos

Users can customize the Dashboard and Login Page by uploading:

B. Configuring Header and Footer Settings

The Customize Header Footer section allows users to manage:

• Dashboard Title – Customizable text for the dashboard header (e.g., “Dashboard”).
• Support Category Label – Modify the label for support categories.
• Logout & Feedback Labels – Change the text for logout and feedback options.
• Copyright Text – Edit the footer text (e.g., “Anakage Technologies Pvt Ltd”).
• Page Title – Customize the title of the Home Page (e.g., “Self-Help Portal”).
