Overview of the Facility Table and Its Columns

The Facility Table contains the following columns:

• Sr. No. – Serial number of the facility entry.
• Name – Name of the facility or organization.
• Location Code – Unique identifier (Tenant ID) for the facility’s location.
• Pages – Number of pages configured for the facility (used for documentation).
• Total License – Total number of licenses allocated to the facility.
• Used License – Number of licenses currently in use.
• Unused License – Remaining, unused licenses.
• Theme, Style – Configurable UI/UX features for the facility.
• SolutionCard – Solutions available on the portal.
• Enable Chatbot/Enable Campaign/Enable Documentation – Flags indicating the availability of these features.
• Active – Indicates if the facility is currently active.

Using the Search Box to Find Specific Facilities

Exporting Facility Data to Excel for Reporting
