Step 1: Access the Campaign Management Section
- Navigate to the Campaign Management section from the dashboard.
- Click the +Campaign button.
- Fill in the required fields:
- Campaign Type
- Name
- Description
- Expiry Date
- Click Save to add the campaign to the Campaigns Table.
Step 2: Configure the Campaign
- Locate the campaign in the table.
- Click the Action Dropdown and select Configure.
- Complete the configuration form by providing:
- Name
- Required File Upload
- Background and Button Colors
- Snooze Options
- Run Type and Analytics Type
- Target Audience Selection (Optional)
- Click Save to confirm the configuration.
Step 3: Activate the Campaign
- Locate the campaign in the table.
- Open the Action Dropdown and select Activate.
- Ensure that all configurations are finalized before activation.
Step 4: Run the Campaign
- Click the RUN button in the RUN column.
- The campaign will now execute based on its configuration.
