A well-organized Content Management System (CMS) enhances user experience by structuring solutions into relevant categories and subcategories. Effective Solution Management ensures quick resolution of user issues through easily accessible troubleshooting tools.
Categories act as primary classifications, while subcategories refine solutions further, making navigation seamless.
Adding a New Category:
Go to Category Management from the CMS dashboard.
Click on “+Category” to open the creation form.
Fill in the details:

A well-branded CMS enhances user engagement. To customize category appearance:
Icons: Choose from Font Awesome (fa-cog, fa-comments) or Glyphicons.
Colors: Set hexadecimal values for branding consistency (e.g., #ff5733 for alerts).
Tooltips: Provide a quick explanation when users hover over a category (e.g., “Find solutions for network issues here”).
A solution repository is the core of any self-help portal. Well-managed solutions allow users to troubleshoot issues independently.
Steps to Upload a Solution:
Navigate to Solution Management.
Click on “+Solution” to create a new entry.
Fill in the required fields:
XLS, XLSX format for EXE-based solutions).Click Save to finalize the upload.
