Downloading reports from the admin dashboard

As a delivery manager, John has implemented Anakage platform’s automation offerings within his organization’s IT support infrastructure. During annual evaluations, he aimed to assess the value added by Anakage in the previous quarters, evaluate the effectiveness of the platform’s features and solutions in resolving issues, reducing support tickets, and explore further automation opportunities. 

John utilized the “Download Reports” feature available to admins and analysts on the Anakage Platform to extract and process relevant admin views as reports, enabling him to derive valuable insights. 

To enhance his understanding of the reports, John also created a pivot table from the data generated. For instance, by downloading the “User Analytics” report, John could create a pivot table to analyze how many users utilized a particular solution and identify which user used which solution.
