Customizing the Anakage Chatbot UI for Enhanced User Experience:Â
The Anakage chatbot is a pre-trained natural language processing (NLP)-based bot that can effectively search within applications or portals to provide users with issue resolutions and even create tickets in the ITSM.Â
To improve user interactions and issue resolution, administrators can customize the online Self-service chatbot to align with various environmental themes. By accessing the admin portal, administrators can tweak the UI/UX of the interactive chatbot by editing aspects such as the chatbot theme, bot avatar, user avatar, welcome message, sorry message, and other options.Â
