AI-Powered ITSM & Device Management
Unifying ITSM and Endpoint Management with a Single AI-Powered Agent.
Introduction
The assignment of roles in the Anakage Portal depends on the intended purpose of an individual’s access. Specifically, there are four distinct roles that can be assigned:
1. The SUPER ADMIN role grants an individual access to all facilities within the platform, including all Super Admin rights. Alternatively, an individual can be assigned limited Super Admin rights to a single facility.
2. The ANALYST role is intended for individuals who need to view data related to various features of the platform. This role allows them to analyze and report on performance for future improvements.
3. The ADMIN role allows an individual to view data and perform administrative actions such as remotely firing a solution, running campaigns, and solution approval. However, they do not have access to content management and facility sections.
4. The USER role provides access to the self-service portal without granting access to any of the aforementioned admin views. This role is intended for individuals who only need to use the portal for self-service purposes.

Note: If Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality is activated for the portal, end user access will be automatically granted, and only elevated roles will require assignment via the portal.
