1. Overview of the Host Page

The Host Page provides a comprehensive summary of proactive solution executions across different hosts, helping users monitor execution outcomes, rule statuses, and required actions.

Key Information Available in This Section:

Total Number of Hosts → Displays the number of hosts with the agent installed.
Execution Status Categories:

• No Action Required  → Actions executed automatically without user intervention (e.g., Chrome cache cleared when not in use).
• Action Required→ Requires user input before execution (e.g., Chrome cache >500MB; user must close Chrome).
• Need Admin Action  → Requires admin approval (e.g., deleting system temp files requiring elevated privileges).
• Not Applicable  → Action was not executed due to user or admin denial.
  Rules Status for Hosts Table:
• Displays host name, associated users, total rules executed, and the execution outcome for each host.
  Detailed Host Insights:
• Clicking on a host provides a breakdown of executed rules, their outcomes, and automation details.

2. How to View Detailed Information About a Specific Host?

Follow these steps to access in-depth host details:
Navigate to the Host Table → Locate the host name in the displayed list.
Click on the Host Name  → This will redirect you to the host-specific details page.
Review Host-Specific Data:

Agent Analytics 

• Username, Hostname, Version, Updated Time, IP Address, Serial Number, Make & Model, MAC Address, Installed On, Last Activity.

Proactive Analytics

Displays executed proactive solutions for the host, including:

• Rules Name
• Username
• Hostname
• Status (Pass, Fail, Pending)
• Action Taken
• Detection Details & Execution Time

Proactive Actions

• Tracks automated actions like cache clearing, policy updates, and disk cleanup.
• Includes action result, run time, execution count, and timestamps.
