The Searched Query Analytics section provides insights into user search behavior on the platform. It highlights trending topics, frequently searched terms, and the most active users engaging with search functionality.

1. What Information is Available in This Section?

This section offers a breakdown of search activities through key analytics:

• Top 10 Searched Query Graph
  • A visual representation of the ten most frequently searched terms.
  • Helps identify common issues or areas of interest among users.
• Top 10 Users Using Search
  • A ranked list of the ten most active users based on search frequency.
  • Provides insights into user engagement with search functionality.
• Search Query Details Table
  • Offers a detailed breakdown of individual searches, including:
    • Sr. No. – A unique identifier for each search record.
    • Search String – The keyword or phrase entered by the user.
    • User Name – Identifies the user who performed the search.
    • Source – Specifies if the search was conducted via the App or the Online Portal.
    • Facility – The organizational unit associated with the user.
    • Last Modified Date – The timestamp indicating the most recent search update.

This data allows administrators to track user search trends, optimize content, and improve search efficiency on the platform.

2. Does the Graph Display Data from the Application or the Online Portal?

• The Top 10 Searched Query Graph presents a combined dataset from both the Application and Online Portal.
• It provides an aggregated view of search activity, regardless of the source.
• To determine the specific source of a search term, refer to the Searched Query Details Table, which lists whether a query was made via the App or Online Portal.

3. How to Get Search Query Details for a Specific Date Range?

To filter search query details by date range:

1. Locate the Date Range Selector
   • Found at the top of the Searched Query Analytics Page.
2. Open the Calendar
   • Click on the date range field to activate the calendar interface.
3. Select Start and End Dates
   • Click on the desired start date in the calendar.
   • Select the corresponding end date.
4. Apply the Date Range
   • Confirm selection by clicking the Apply button (or its equivalent).
5. View Updated Data
   • The page will refresh to display search query details based on the specified date range.
