1.1 Key Report Categories

Users can generate reports covering various critical areas, such as:

• Visitors Report: Tracks the number of unique and returning visitors.
• User Data Report: Provides insights into user interactions and engagement levels.
• Search Queries Report: Records frequently searched terms, helping optimize self-service solutions.
• User Feedback Report: Captures user ratings and comments, aiding service improvements.
• App Analytics Report: Monitors app version distribution, performance, and adoption rates.
• Remote Solution Analytics Report: Assesses the effectiveness of remote IT solutions deployed.

1.2 Report Generation Workflow

1. Category Selection: Choose a specific report type or generate a comprehensive report covering all categories.
2. Date Range Selection: Define the period for data extraction.
3. Status Tracking: Monitor the report’s progress in real time.
4. Report Table Details:
   • File Name: Unique identifier for the generated report.
   • Date & Time: Timestamp of when the report was created.
   • Status: Indicates whether the report is processing or completed.
   • Actions: Options to Download the report or Remove it from the system.

2. Steps to Generate a Report for a Specific Category

2.1 Initiating Report Generation

• Access the Report Section: Navigate to the Analytics Report panel.
• Select the Category: Choose from available options (Visitors, User Data, Feedback, etc.).
• Opt for “All Categories” if a comprehensive analysis is required.
• Set the Date Range: Utilize the date picker to define the reporting period.

2.2 Generating the Report

• Click “Generate” to initiate the processing.
• The Status Column will display “Processing”, changing to “Completed” once the report is ready.

2.3 Managing Reports

• Once generated, the report will appear in the table, displaying:
  • File Name for easy identification.
  • Date & Time of creation.
  • Status indicating processing or completion.
• Download the Report: Click “Download” to save the file.
• Delete the Report: Use “Remove” to discard outdated reports.

4. Choosing Between Reports With & Without Master Data

Reports can be generated in two formats, depending on the level of detail required:

4.1 Reports With Master Data

This format provides a high-level overview of key data points in a single Excel sheet, including:

✔ Search Queries – Keywords entered by users.
✔ User Names – Identifies users interacting with the platform.
✔ Data Source – Indicates whether the request originated from the app or web portal.
✔ Facility Information – Tracks the location or department of the user.
✔ Last Modified Timestamp – Records the last system update for accuracy.

4.2 Reports Without Master Data

For deeper analysis, this format generates two Excel sheets:

✔ Sheet 1: Contains all the standard data found in the “With Master Data” report.
✔ Sheet 2: Offers additional system-level insights, including:

• Host Name – Identifies the device name.
• IP Address – Tracks the network used.
• Serial Number – Provides unique device identifiers.
• Installation Date – Captures when the app was installed.
• Last Activity – Monitors the latest recorded usage.
