Information Available in this Section

This section displays key details for each device regarding installed essential software, helping IT teams keep track of necessary applications. The data includes:

• Host ID: A unique identifier assigned to each device in the network.
• Username: The user associated with the device.
• Hostname: The name assigned to the device.
• Application: The specific software application being tracked (e.g., 7-Zip, Google Chrome).
• Is Installed: Indicates whether the application is present on the device (Yes/No).
• Version: The version number of the installed software.
• Group: A classification group (if applicable), often marked as “NA” (Not Available).
• Updated Date: The date when the software was last updated or checked.

 Search Field Functionality

To quickly find specific application details, a search field is available for filtering data based on hostname or username.

Steps to Use the Search Field:

1. Enter a hostname or username in the search field to look for specific application details.
2. View the displayed information, including Host ID, Username, Hostname, Application, Installation Status, Version, Group, and Updated Date.
3. Clear Search by clicking the Clear button if you want to search for another device or user.
4. Repeat the search as needed by entering a new hostname or username.
