The “About Us” section, displayed at the bottom of the dashboard, serves as an informative space to introduce users to the Self-Help Portal. Administrators can easily manage and update this content to keep it engaging, relevant, and aligned with the platform’s offerings.
The “About Us” section consists of a single editable row in a table, including the following fields:
Header – The section’s title (e.g., “About Self-Help Portal”) that sets the context.
Body – A detailed overview of the Self-Help Portal, highlighting its interactive self-service tools, IT support connectivity, and key features.
Footer – A space for additional remarks, disclaimers, or notes to enhance user understanding.
This section allows admins to ensure that users always receive up-to-date and meaningful information about the portal’s capabilities.
Navigate to the About Us Management Page – Access the “Customize About Us” option under Content Management.
Edit the Existing Entry – Click the “Edit” button in the table to open the update form.
Modify the Content – Update the following fields as needed:
Save and Apply Changes – Click “Save” to confirm your edits. The updated content will instantly reflect on the dashboard.
