Well you might be facing Outlook indexing issues.<\/p>\n<h1>Below are thirteen things you can try to solve Outlook Indexing Issue &#8211;<\/h1>\n<h5><strong>1 &#8211; Make sure indexing is complete.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>2 &#8211; Indexing does not finish.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>3 &#8211; To fix Outlook Indexing Issue Make sure Indexing Options are configured correctly.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sometimes while using search option the result says &#8220;waiting for indexing to complete&#8221; but never shows a result. To complete the Indexing option Go to <strong>Control Panel &gt; Indexing Options &gt; Modify .<\/strong>You\u2019ll see a list of locations and applications that are currently being indexed.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>4 &#8211; Rebuild the Window Search Index to fix Microsoft Indexing Issue<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To rebuild the Windows Search index, Go to\u00a0<strong>Control Panel &gt; Indexing Options<\/strong>. To disable Windows Search, Un-Check the option.<strong> Click &#8220;OK\u00a0&#8220;<\/strong> and for for Windows to configure the settings.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>10 &#8211; Enable Outlook search logging.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>In Outlook, go to the <strong>&#8220;File\u00a0Tab&#8221;<\/strong> &gt;&gt; <strong>&#8220;Options&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;&gt; <strong>&#8220;Advanced&#8221; &gt;&gt;<\/strong>Under <b class=\"ocpUI\">Other<\/b>, select or clear the <b class=\"ocpUI\">Enable troubleshooting logging (requires restarting Outlook)<\/b> check box.\u00a0Exit and restart Outlook.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>11 &#8211; Reinstall Windows Search feature if nothing else solves Outlook Indexing Issue.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Go to <strong>&#8220;Control panel&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;&gt; <strong>&#8220;Programs&#8221;<\/strong> and click the link <strong>&#8220;Turn Windows features on or off&#8221;<\/strong> and <strong>&#8220;un-check the Windows Search&#8221;<\/strong>.
