- Step 1: Open the Excel program.
- Step 2: Select the File tab.
- Step 3: Select Options.
- Step 4: Click the Advanced tab in the left pane of the Excel Options dialog box that appears.
- Step 5: Scroll down to the ‘Display’ section of the options.
